Exchange Service Instructions

We understand that you may encounter issues such as size discrepancies, color errors, or minor flaws after receiving the product. We hereby explain the relevant process of the exchange service, so that you can understand how to apply and the support we provide in it.

Our support


When you need to exchange goods, we will act as your communication representative and assist you in contacting and coordinating with domestic sellers for free, promoting the exchange process. We promise to provide clear operational guidelines.


Basic premise


The feasibility of exchanging goods first depends on the domestic seller's own after-sales policy. We will verify the specific exchange terms, deadlines, and related fees (if any) with the seller as soon as you make your request.


Standard exchange process

Step 1: Application and Verification


Contact customer service: Please contact our customer service as soon as you discover the problem (recommended within 48 hours after signing).


Information provided: Please provide order information and clear photos/videos of the problematic products.


Policy verification: We will communicate with the seller on your behalf to confirm whether exchange is supported, the required conditions, and whether additional shipping fees will be incurred.


Step 2: Return and forwarding of goods


Get address: If the seller agrees to exchange the item, we will inform you of the domestic return address provided by the seller.


Return of goods: You need to arrange and bear the shipping cost of returning the goods to the designated domestic address on your own. Please make sure to include replacement instructions inside the package.


Important notice: To protect your rights, it is recommended to use a traceable shipping method and keep the logistics voucher.


Step 3: Replace the product with a new one and send it out


After the seller receives the returned item and confirms its accuracy, they will send you a replacement item. The replacement parts will be sent to our consolidation warehouse, and we will either include them in your package or send them separately according to your instructions. Subsequent international shipping fees will be charged separately.


Precautions and Warm Reminders

Advance communication: Do not return the goods without confirmation from us and the seller, as this may result in the package being rejected or lost.


Timeliness: The entire exchange process (international return+domestic processing+resend) takes a long time, usually several weeks. Please understand.


Best prevention: We strongly recommend that you carefully check the size, color, and other product information before placing an order, and you can also choose our "warehouse inspection" service to detect problems in advance.


Cost Description: International exchange usually involves two international shipping costs (return and resend) and possible domestic shipping costs, which need to be borne by you.
