Return Policy

1、 Core principles
According to the seller's policy: The feasibility of the return assistance service we provide depends entirely on the after-sales policy announced by the original seller of the product (Taobao, 1688 and other platform merchants) themselves. We cannot force sellers to accept return requests beyond their promised scope.
Cross border specificity: Due to the involvement of international logistics and customs clearance, the return process takes a long time and usually incurs additional costs such as two-way international shipping fees, which is significantly different from the return experience within China.
2、 Return conditions and responsibilities
Applicable situation: Usually only applicable to situations where the seller's policy allows, and the product has descriptions that do not match, quality issues, or errors or omissions. Returns due to personal subjective reasons (such as dislike, unsuitable size without reference to size chart) shall be subject to the seller's acceptance.
Timeliness requirement: You must submit an application within the seller's specified return time limit (usually within 7 days after signing for the item), otherwise it will not be accepted.
Product status: Returned products must be in good condition, unused, with complete labels and packaging, and not affect secondary sales.
Cost responsibility:
International shipping cost: The international shipping cost for returning the goods from you to the Chinese seller, as well as the initial international shipping cost from China to you, should be borne by you in principle.
Other expenses: If the seller does not make a special commitment, domestic shipping and packaging fees may also be borne by you. We will clearly inform you of all possible costs that may arise when assisting with communication.
3、 Overview of Standard Return Process
Initiate application: Contact our customer service and provide order information and proof of problem (as shown in the picture).
Communication confirmation: We will verify the return policy and specific conditions with the seller on your behalf.
Return of goods: After obtaining the address provided by the seller, you need to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to China on your own.
Refund processing: After the seller confirms the receipt of the goods is correct, the refund will be returned according to the original payment path. The entire process may take several weeks.

Platform role: As a purchasing service provider and communication intermediary, we do not assume any responsibility for product quality or direct costs incurred for returns. Our responsibility is to provide you with professional assistance and process guidance.
Preventive advice: We strongly recommend that you carefully check the product information and size before purchasing, and make full use of our "warehouse inspection" service to minimize the risk of returns.
Sign in inspection: Your or the recipient's immediate receipt is usually considered as recognition of the integrity of the external packaging. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, please take photos for evidence and contact customer service before signing for it.
