Our after-sales guarantee
Quality assurance: All self operated products are official genuine products, undergo strict quality inspection and enter the warehouse, and enjoy brand standard after-sales service.
After sales timeliness: From the date of your receipt, we provide a 7-day no reason return and exchange service (except for special products). If there are quality problems within 30 days, we can offer free returns and exchanges.
After sales scope: including but not limited to product quality issues, wrong or missed shipments, transportation damage, and other situations.
After sales service process
Step 1: Problem feedback
If you encounter any product issues, please contact us through our online customer service or after-sales email and provide order information, problem description, photos/videos, and other evidence.
Step 2: Verify and confirm
We will respond within 24 hours, verify the specific situation, and provide you with a solution (repair, exchange, or return and refund).
Step 3: Execute Processing
Return and exchange: After confirming that the conditions are met, we will arrange for a return or send a replacement product, and bear the corresponding shipping costs.
Repair service: Assist you in contacting the brand's official after-sales or authorized service point for processing.
Step 4: Complete after-sales service
After the processing is completed, we will promptly notify you of the result. The refund will be returned within 3-7 working days using the original payment method.
Special Note
The product must be kept in good condition, with complete accessories, and not affect secondary sales.
Product damage caused by customer reasons (such as self disassembly or improper use) is not covered by the free warranty.
