1) Receiving Goods

Solution:




1. The solution to the incorrect quantity of goods is (1). Check whether the stock-out list is correct (2). Find out whether it is lost in the process of handling (3). 3. Overload transportation: try to avoid overloading during loading, avoid contact with traffic police to control the speed and run smoothly during reasonable loading and unloading.




4. Solutions for lost goods and damaged goods: close the doors of the containers before departure, stop as little as possible to control the speed during delivery, choose a smooth road surface, reduce bumpy road, reduce damage rate, and choose a place with few people to stop for delivery.




5. The solution to delay the transportation time limit: strictly implement the company's transportation time limit, randomly spot check the transportation routes and flexibly handle accidents during the time limit transportation. 4) Arrival

Solution




1. Solution to Delayed Arrival:. Any delay caused by an accident in transit shall be reported to the company in a timely manner, the customer shall be notified of the delayed arrival in a timely manner, and an apology shall be made to explain the reason and hope for understanding.  In case of delayed arrival due to not following the company's route, random inspection of transportation time limit shall be conducted irregularly, and a time limit management system shall be formulated for assessment.




2. Solution to the loss and damage of goods: Find out the reason for the loss of goods and find out the goods, such as those responsible for the loss in the transportation link;  If the person responsible for the lost goods bears the economic losses, the person responsible shall bear the economic losses if the damaged goods are recovered and delivered for the second time, and the damaged goods shall not be repackaged for delivery.  Negotiate and communicate with customers and make corresponding economic compensation for goods that cannot be signed for.




3. Solution to the shortage of quantity: Find out the reason for the shortage, check the customer's delivery slip and the warehouse center's delivery slip, check the quantity of goods in the warehouse's storage location, replenish the goods that cannot be found or compensate for economic losses, and implement the negotiation and communication between relevant responsible persons and customers to minimize customer losses.




4. Solution to service attitude: Strengthen customer service training, implement customer complaint rate assessment, reward and punishment system, and pay regular return visits to customers




5. The solution to the problem that goods cannot be normally signed for is to contact the information department or the consignor to confirm the contact information if the contact information of the customer is inaccurate and the customer cannot be found, so as to ensure the goods can be signed for accurately.  (2) If the customer does not sign for the goods himself, he/she shall provide the ID card of the consignor and make an accurate sign-in registration. In case of abnormal goods such as packaging and quality problems, he/she shall negotiate with the customer (return, exchange or compensation) to minimize economic losses.

1. The freight settlement is not timely, for example, the customer of the goods delivered to the door does not have enough cash to pay the freight;  The freight settlement staff cannot settle the freight due to delay. 2. The settlement in payment collection is not timely, if the customer does not have enough cash to pay the freight;  Collection and collection personnel failed to settle accounts in time. 3. Delivery personnel fled with the money. 4. Return to payment collection and cannot timely distribute the money to customers.




Solution:




1.
